Horsebox  (Stabletent)

The fee fo the stable is included in the registration fee including the first straw-bedding in the stabletent and hay for the entire event.
Additional straw-beddings can be purchased at normal prices on-site. Wood chips-bedding can be purchased alternatively as 20 kg packages each for 6,50.- € (please indicate at the nomination).
Concentrated feed has to be brought along by oneself.
A reservation for a horsebox in the stabletent can only be made by payment in cash until the closing date of the nomination. There can’t be made refunds for already paid but not used horseboxes.
All participating horses of the classes WA,  WL,  WM  and  WS  are obliged to be stabled in the horseboxes and to remain at the tournament site during the entire event.
For participating horses of the class WE optional horseboxes in the stabletent can be booked at 150.-€ each.

Regulations

  1. In accordance with  LPO  §  26.2  the entry fee is due by the closing date of the nomination. Only complete nominations will be processed.
  2. Dogs must be kept on the leash in the entire area.
  3. The regulations of the respective National Comission, the LPO, the WBO as well as the regulations and the Dressage tasks of the WED e.V. apply in the respectively and currently valid version.
  4. The horses have to be marked with their number at their head at any time while on the tournament site.
  5. The paticipation at the cattle work is possible with a cattle licence of an approved WED-cattle trainer only.  Proof can be controlled by the organizer  if required.
  6. The current shipment and transport regulations (national and EU) for the home and host country apply.
  7. All riders under the age of 18 are obliged to wear a helmet on the tournament site

Exclusion of liability

The event organizer, operator and the organizers exclude any liability for any damages that arise to the visitors, participants and horse owners by negligence of the event organizer, his representatives or vicarious agents. By submitting the application every owner, nominator and participant acknowledges the general and specific regulations as binding.
No contractual relationship exists between event organizer and organizer on the one hand and visitors and active participants on the other hand.
Therefore every liability for viewers, riders and horses as well as material is excluded. In particular the active participants are „not assistants in terms of  §§  278  and  831  BGB“.
Riders and owners are liable for damages they cause to third parties or to facilities owned by the organizer.
The participation in the event, the usage of the facilities of the entire area, the parking lots and the possibly provided stables, is at one own’s risk.
For all horses vaccination and horse liability insurance are compulsory.
The horse owner and/or horse rider can be considered fully liable if these regulations are intentionally or grossly negligent  violated.
The organizer reserves, within his dimiciliary right, the right to expell participants and horses from the tournament site, among others sick horses.
This liability regulation is part of the announcement and is acknowledged as binding with the application.
All participating horses have to be vaccinated (in accordance with WBO  §14  Nr.  4), free from contagious diseases  and be from an epidemic-free stock of horses.
The  Equidenpass  and  if applicabe the vaccination certificate have to be submitted at the registration office before the start.  On arrival  a certificate of origin of the horse has to be filled in at the registration office. This is necessary because of infectious anemia.
